Accessible Restrooms are located near Priceline Pharmacy on Ground Level, near Salamanca Fresh on Level 2, in the Undercover carpark near the Food Court and in the carpark at the rear of Young’s Table, Boss Burger and Tsubame.

An Armaguard ATM is located near Priceline Pharmacy on Ground Level.

For your convenience, Parents’ Rooms are located near Priceline Pharmacy on Ground Level and in the Undercover carpark near the Food Court. Facilities include a private feeding room, change table and microwave.

Plenty of free parking is available for all customers including 1,000 open space, undercover, parents with prams and disabled spots. The centre is easily accessible by car via Channel Highway, Hutchins Street, Freeman Street and Church Street.

WE AIM TO PROVIDE A SAFE AND QUALITY SHOPPING ENVIRONMENT

1. This centre complex, including its surrounds, car parks and access roads (hereafter referred to as “Channel Court”) is privately owned property that is inclusive and welcoming to all patrons other than those that display anti-social behaviour including shop theft; vandalism; offensive language and behaviour or threatening/bullying behaviour in any way (towards centre staff, contractors and/or customers). Centre Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any person not adhering to this expectation of behaviours.
2. All persons entering Channel Court agree to comply with these conditions of entry and any direction from Centre Management. Any persons not willing to comply with these conditions should immediately leave Channel Court.
3. Any contravention of these conditions of entry may result in immediate removal of the person or persons involved from Channel Court.
4. In order that Centre Management may maintain a safe and quality shopping environment for customers and visitors, no person entering Channel Court shall behave in an offensive manner or engage in inappropriate conduct or commit any nuisance. In Particular:
   1. There is to be no smoking or vaping inside Channel Court buildings (including undercover car parks) or within 5 meters of their entrances (other than designated smoking areas).
   2. No alcohol is to be brought onto or consumed in Channel Court unless within a licenced retail premises;
   3. No Bicycles or scooters (electric or otherwise) are to be brought inside Channel Court buildings;
   4. The use of skateboards, rollerblades, or other similar wheeled recreational devices is prohibited within Channel Court at all times (including car parks);
   5. Suitable footwear and other appropriate clothing is to be worn at all times in Channel Court;
   6. No pamphlets, notices or other papers are to be distributed in Channel Court without the prior approval of Centre Management;
   7. No animals are to be brought into Channel Court, with the exception of Assistance Dogs; and
   8. Access to Channel Court is restricted to customers and bona fide visitors;
5. CCTV cameras operate in Channel Court.
6. Centre Management and the owners of Channel Court take no responsibility for vehicles entering into or parked within Channel Court. Visitors are expected to strictly adhere to all posted car park signage, including designated time limits and speed limits. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in fines or other enforcement actions by the relevant authorities. Please ensure your vehicle and personal belongings are secure at all times.
